Who is Cameron Ward?

Cameron Ward is a quarterback for the Miami Hurricanes and has caught the eye with his performances over the last twelve months. Despite controversially being rested for the second half of the Bowl Game, Ward broke Case Keenum’s Division 1 record for all-time passing touchdowns. With 39 touchdowns and seven interceptions for the Hurricances this season, it is easy to see why he is so highly rated with the Titans believed to be admirers of the 22-year old.

He has had five collegiate seasons, including two for Washington State, and has managed to establish himself as one of the most productive quarterbacks in the NCAA amassing 18,187 yards and 158 touchdown passes.

He is an explosive passer who has been praised for his mobility. His ability to get his team out of tight spots is one of his greatest assets, although he still has erratic tendencies and has shown occassional signs of greenness.

Who is Likely to Sign Cameron Ward?

Although the Titans are believed to have considered a move for Cameron Ward, the Cleveland Browns have emerged as an alternative option. Deshaun Watson’s latest injury setback could force their hand with the QB likely to miss the whole of the 2025 season after tearing his achilles for the second time.

The Las Vegas Raiders are another team who may be looking for reinforcements in this area and a new face would certainly be a welcome addition. His ability to create could work well for a team who ended the regular season with a woeful 4-13 record.

New Titans General Manager Mike Borgonzi is believed to be a fan of the QB and prefers them to be able to throw at different angles. He would be a good fit in Tennessee.

Which Other QBs are Likely to Get Drafted?

Shedeur Sanders has been spoken about in glowing terms and is often described as one of the greatest QBs in his class. The Raiders could be a potential destination for the Colorado star who has significantly improved his team’s fortunes. He is one of the more comsistent performers in the draft and although he is far less explosive than Cameron Ward, his steady style is likely to result in plenty of interest.

Jalen Milroe is another QB who is likely to get drafted this summer. With many teams looking to boost their offense, including the aforementioned Raiders, the 22-year old Texan could be a viable option. He has improved year-on-year and has been linked with a number of franchises including the Cleveland Browns. Seattle may be somewhat surprisingly in the market for a new QB with 36-year old Russell Wilson having failed to live up to expectations and another option may be required.

If you believe that Shedeur Sanders will be the first quarterback to be drafted, you could win €215 by betting €100 at BetMGM if it happens.
