She’s predicted to be the headliner at Glastonbury in 2025. She has won countless awards and is now considered the Queen of Pop.
Of course, it’s Taylor Swift!
With the 67th Annual Grammy Awards is scheduled to take place on February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, many fans of Taylor and the show are curious as to who is going to win Album of The Year.
There are other artists who are thought to be in the running, but with her history of being the most downloaded artist on Spotify and her currently already having 11 Grammy awards, fans believe she is destined to win this award, too.

Can Taylor Win Best Album of The Year?
In 2024, Taylor released a number of songs, including ‘Fortnight’, ‘Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me,’ and ‘So Long, London,’ all from the album that could win the award: The Tortured Poets Department.
Fortnight has had a whopping 76.2 million downloads at the time of writing, and in May 2024, streaming company Billboard released an article showcasing Taylor Swift becoming the most streamed artist in the world, with a total of 1.76 billion songs streamed, averaging 56.8 million streams per song. Say what you will, but that’s a lot of streaming for one artist!
Of course, Taylor will have some tough competition to win the best album, as the list currently includes Billie Eilish with Hit Me Hard and Soft, Beyonce’s Renaissance: Act II and Eternal Sunshine by Ariana Grande.
So, will Taylor pull it off and win Album of the Year in 2025?
Previous Grammy Awards That Taylor Has Won
Taylor Swift has won lots of awards for her music since her career started in 2006.
To date, she’s won 11 Grammys and has received over 30 Grammy nominations.
She won her first Grammy in 2010 for Female Country Vocal Performance, followed by a Grammy for Best Country Album and Best Country Song in the same year. She also won the Best Album Grammy in 2010.
Fast forward to 2012, Taylor was seen winning Best Country Song at the Grammys, Best Country Solo Performance, and a Grammy for Best Song Written For Visual Media the following year in 2013.
Since 2016, her career has seen her win seven additional Grammys, including Best Album in 2024 with Midnights and Best Pop Vocal Album.
So, can she do this again in 2025? Her current album, The Tortured Poets Society, has received mixed reviews from fans and critics, with some stating that it feels overindulgent but with great lyrics. We’ll have to wait and see.
