The 72-year old is the former head coach of the New England Patriots and is widely regarded as one of the best head coaches of all time. His achievements are enviable and he holds several records including overseeing the most Super Bowl victories (Six) and most play-off wins (31). He is a renowned ‘student of the game’ with his meticulous approach and attention to detail having served him extremely well during his 23-year stint in charge of The Pats.
What is Bill Belichick doing at the moment?
Belichick parted ways with the Patriots in January and although he is believed to have interviewed for the vacant head coach role at the Atlanta Falcons, he opted not to take up the position.
In the meantime, Belichick has been making a few media appearances and is clearly enjoying some time away from the football field. At the beginning of July 2024, it was announced that the highly-decorated head coach will join the ‘Inside the NFL’ as an analyst once the season gets underway. The future hall of famer’s first appearance on the show will come on August 30th.
Earlier in the year, he promised to join Eli and Peyton Manning on the ‘Manningcast’ throughout the season and he has also made regular appearances on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’ during the off-season too.

Although Belichick’s diary appears to be filling up, he appears to be the sort of man who enjoys keeping himself busy. Having rejected the Falcons’ advances, this potentially suggests that he is keen to return to NFL at some stage, should the right opportunity present itself.
