How Did Selena Gomez Meet Benny Blanco?
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco might have gone Instagram official in 2023, but the couple have known each other since October 2015.
The talented two first met when collaborating in the studio on Gomez’s second studio album, Revival.
Benny Blanco earned production credits on two of the album’s singles, “Same Old Love” and “Kill Em with Kindness.”
Four years later, Selena and Benny collaborated on the track “I Can’t Get Enough” alongside Tainy and J Balvin.
The chemistry seemed to extend beyond the studio after Selena and Benny joined forces again on her track “Singles Soon,” which was co-produced with Cashmere Cat.
After attending the same events, rumors the two were dating started to emerge in November 2023 before Gomez confirmed the relationship on Instagram in December 2023.

Six months after announcing their relationship status, Benny Blanco gushed about his relationship with Gomez on The Howard Stern Show.
After host Sterns stated he predicts Blanco will marry Gomez, the American music producer replied, “You and me both. I gotta get my act together.”
When asked about children, he replied, “That’s like my next goal on the box. I have a lot of God kids. I’ve got a ton of nephews. It’s my thing. I love being around kids.”
