Destiny’s Child to Announce a Reunion Tour/Performance in 2024
Destiny’s Child is one of the most popular girl groups in music, selling more than 60 million records worldwide.
Originally a four-piece group, band members changed throughout the years, with the final line-up consisting of Beyonce Knowles, Michelle Williams, and Kelly Rowland.
Despite a few adjustments over the years, Destiny’s Child’s hit songs resulted in the three-piece ranking 68th in Billboard’s All-Time Hot 100 Artists list in 2008.
After releasing some of the most popular songs of the 21st century, such as “Bootylicious,” “Survivor,” and “Independent Women Part 1,” the group went their separate ways in 2006, with the three members enjoying successful solo careers.

Why Might Destiny’s Child Reunite in 2024?
Rumors started circulating of a possible reunion tour when Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams posed backstage in Houston, Texas, at Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour with original band members LaTavia Roberson and Letoya Luckett.
Luckett captioned the photo, “The love, the joy, the prayer, the healing. May we all experience beautiful moments like this in 2024.”
The four band members even supported OG member Beyonce by following the Renaissance dress code, wearing sparkling silver and black outfits.
The brief union appeared in the documentary concert film Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce, showing scenes that complemented Luckett’s healing sentiments, which has caused rumors to swirl of a possible reunion.
It appears the band are more than happy to perform together, as Beyonce, Kelly, and Michelle reunited for a one-off, spontaneous performance at Tim Weatherspoon’s 50th birthday party.
The trio reportedly sang “Happy Birthday” to Kelly Rowland’s husband, proving they are more than happy to share the stage.
As old wounds may have healed and with all members reuniting recently, it wouldn’t be a shock to many if Destiny’s Child announced a reunion tour or performance in 2024.
Have Destiny’s Child Reunited in the Past?
Despite breaking up in 2006, Destiny’s Child members have reunited occasionally throughout the years.
For instance, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Beyonce on stage during her 2013 Super Bowl Halftime Show and her headline performance at 2018 Coachella.
As it has been six years since the band officially performed on stage together, a reunion tour or performance might be overdue.
